We work with a typical Assured Shorthand Tenancy (AST) agreement which clearly sets out the obligations of us, the landlord, and you, the student tenant when you rent a Swansea student house from us. The agreement is a "joint tenancy" and is a 12 month contract usually starting in July. Given that students are normally away in July and August we only charge half rent during that period.

We outline clearly when rental payments are due (usually monthly) and what the penalties are if the payments are dishonoured or late.

Our student contracts are designed to be fair to both parties, you and us. We provide you with high quality student accommodation, you undertake to take care of the student house, pay the agreed rental on time and return the house in the same clean condition.
