Our student house at Wern Fawr Road was fully refurbished in the summer of 2015. The first group that that booked the property stayed 2 years as they loved the property and the location.

Five good sized student bedrooms are complemented with a modern bathroom, separate WC and a combined kitchen/lounge for all those communal occasions.  All student rooms are furnished to a high standard with double beds, matching furniture, large study desks, leather swivel chair and bookcase.  Separate rear cycle storage available. The property sits near a city centre bus route and has three 'corner' shops within a 3 minute walk.
