"I was part of the first group who booked Wern Fawr Rd, and at the end of the first year of tenancy we decided to remain there for another year, purely because the house could not be beaten in terms of its quality and its convenient location for both Bay Campus and the city. We found the house well equipped and comfortable, with plenty of living space for 5 people. Also, the landlord took great pride in the house, ensuring that any problems were dealt with immediately (not that many problems occurred!). This gave us great peace of mind as tenants. I would thoroughly recommend viewing this house - you won't be disappointed!"
