We are a small family team, passionate about offering the best available student property to our tenants. We provide a personal, friendly service so you always know who you're dealing with!  Any matters arising during the tenancy are dealt with promptly, whatever the time of day! Having had our own children at Uni' we understand first hand what students need and expect.

All our Swansea student properties are  'HMO' licensed/approved by the Local Authority.  We are fully accredited by the 'RENT SMART WALES' Scheme.

We pride ourselves on excellent maintenance records and the high quality of the student property we provide. For these reasons Wilmur Properties undertake many repeat tenancies and referrals from students, with many of our student tenants staying with us for the full duration of their degree in Swansea.
